1. Every listing is reviewed
New and edited listings stay hidden until our team approves them.
2. Documents checked
Sellers can upload title deeds and survey plans privately. Only the seller and our review team can see them.
3. Location confirmed
Land listings include GPS coordinates so you can see exactly where the plot is.
4. The Verified badge
Shown only when our team has reviewed the supporting documents for that listing.
Buying safely from abroad
- Never send a deposit before a local lawyer has checked the title at the land registry.
- Visit, or send someone you trust, before paying.
- Pay into a lawyer's or escrow account — never a personal account.
- Report any suspicious listing to us straight away.
